Board meetings are conducted immediately preceding the monthly Membership meetings, at 4:30 PM, and are open to any member.
Membership meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. There is social time at 5:30 PM and the dinner meeting begins at 6:00 PM. Meetings are held at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg - East on Lindle Road. The Zonta Club of Harrisburg-Hershey maintains a standing reservation policy for all membership meetings.

Consistent with Club policy, members must cancel their standing 'yes' reservation by noon on the Monday of the week of the meeting or they will be charged for the meal. If anyone requires a vegetarian entree or has a guest, please email the Club's hospitality contact.
